Losing Weight!!!

I want to lose weight!!! My goal now is losing 6kg. This time for sure I will lose it. I must follow all my plan i.e. eat less, exercise at least 3 time a week. I also don't know why I overweight?? Maybe it just because the ratio of food I had and exercise not balance. Why I like to eat?? I think that it is a pleasure for a person can eat. But I must stop this thought. Eat less... Eat less... This is what I will do from now.

Starting from today, I will not eat junk food again, exercise more... Yes! I must do it. Just wait for my good news.

Love Matter (幸福万岁）

Love Matter is a Singapore movie. It was a story about a family which facing problems with Love. "No sex, no Love?" this was one of the theme that brought out in this movie. The hero for this movie was a more or less 50 years old man who can't satisfied from his sex life. Beside that, his 18 years old son also facing problem with someone put video of him stripping off his clothes on the net.

I think that both father and son are facing a major issue that happened in this society now a day. The father is facing sex life problems which is a common things that might happen to a man in late 40 and above. I think man with sex problems should consult the specialist without feeling ashame. With the technology today, for sure the specialist can cure the sickness. In the other hand, the son was a victim of the video scandal. I think people should not post such video on the net. Try think if this hero or heroin on this video was someone close to you (brother, sister, wife, mother and so on). Especially girl, please refuse when your boyfriend want to take video when you 2 are making out. Besides, don't make out with guy you don't know at all, be careful they might got some hidden video cam. Think twice, before you become the next victim of the scandal.

A thoughtful question

I read a book recently. This book ask me a very simple and thoughtful question. "If we will die soon, who are the person you wish to meet and what will you tell them?". I spent some time thinking this question and I finally got the answer.

Who is the person I wish to meet?
My family (this include my father, mother, girlfriend, brothers, sisters and everyone I Love)
What will I tell them?
I love and care for them (although we quarell from time to time) and I know they also felt the same for me. Thank you for caring and giving me the love I need. Please forgive me if I had accidently hurt your feelings. I hope I can live longer to continue loving and caring you...

Just take some times to think about this question. Maybe your conception toward this life will change starting today...

Searching for a blog

My gf had written blog for a long time, but she never told me what was her blog id address. She told me to search for myself. i think this is the way she kept mysterious for me. searching her blog was a big task for me... I spent lots of times, but i still can't found it. Hehe, I think it was my luck.. One of my friend read her blog before. Finally, mission accomplish... but I think I will kept this as secret from my gf first so that she will thought i still don't know and she will continue to write anythings... hahaha...

As a conclusion, I think it was like searching needle in the sea when we have no clues at all when searching for something we don't know at all in the nets... I would like to say thanks to my dear friend that give me clue.. You really do me a great favour...

Surfing wifi

I study at a Teacher Training college in Ipoh, Malaysia.. I now facing a problem i.e. it is very hard for me to online and search information for assignment. Although the college authority just finish installing the wifi but, the line is extremely slow........ The only way to solve it is go for free wifi which provided at the cafe such as Big Apple, McD, Starbucks and so on...
I wish to say thanks to all the cafe that provide wifi, u all really save my days...
